At some point, everyone has had to make a change to a registration or request a refund for an course they’ve committed to attending.
There are endless reasons for change requests, ranging from conflicting schedules to the changing of one’s mind.
In the event that you need to make a change to a registration or request a refund for one of our courses, please be aware of the following Cancellation Policy:
30-60 days prior to the course refunds less a $25.00 cancellation fee will be given for cancellations
14-29 days prior to the course refunds less a $50.00 cancellation fee will be given for cancellations
7-13 Days prior to the course, no refunds will be given, but a credit will be issued to be used towards another course within one year
No refunds will be issued after or on the day of the course
You may transfer your registration to another medical practitioner (RMT, PT, DC, MD, DO, DOMP) or towards a future course at no cost.
Robert Libbey Massage Therapist Corp. reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course due to speaker conflicts or insufficient registration. Minimum registrant requirements vary. I strive to let Registrants know if a course has to be rescheduled or cancelled ASAP.
If Robert Libbey Massage Therapist Corp. reschedules or cancels a seminar; Registrants will be contacted and given the option to use their credit towards an alternate seminar/package. Registrants may also request a full refund to be processed at that time.
